By using Nature Almanac AI, you agree to these terms. A guardian should review and accept them before a minor uses the app.
服务内容
自然图鉴提供自然观察、AI 辅助识别、图鉴收集、学习提醒和英语启蒙功能。 部分功能需要联网、设备权限、iCloud 或 Premium 订阅。
AI 识别与户外安全
AI 生成的识别结果可能不完整或错误，不构成生物鉴定、医疗、食用、安全或 环境治理建议。不要仅凭应用结果触摸、捕捉或食用未知生物，也不要进入水域、 陡坡、施工区或其他危险地点。监护人负责其所监护未成年人的实际户外安全。
订阅、续费与取消
Premium 通过 Apple App Store 提供自动续期订阅。价格、周期和可能的试用 以购买页面和 Apple 确认框为准。除非在当前周期结束前至少二十四小时取消， 订阅将按 Apple 显示的价格自动续期。你可以在 Apple ID 的订阅设置中管理或取消。 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。取消后，Premium 权益通常持续至已付周期结束。
合理使用
你应拥有上传照片和文字的合法使用权，不得提交违法、有害、侵犯他人权利或 试图攻击服务的内容。我们可以设置合理的请求频率和额度，并在滥用、欺诈、 安全风险或违法情况下限制服务。
可用性与责任限制
我们会努力保持服务可用，但网络、设备、Apple 服务、云服务或 AI 模型可能 导致中断。法律允许的范围内，本应用按现状提供，我们不对依赖错误识别结果、 不安全户外行为或第三方服务中断造成的间接损失负责。
变更与联系

The service
Nature Almanac AI offers nature observation, AI-assisted identification, collection, reminders, and introductory English-learning features. Some features require internet access, device permissions, iCloud, or a Premium subscription.
AI identification and outdoor safety
AI-generated results may be incomplete or wrong and are not biological, medical, food-safety, safety, or environmental advice. Never touch, capture, or eat an unknown organism based only on an app result, and avoid unsafe water, slopes, construction areas, and restricted places. Guardians remain responsible for the real-world safety of minors under their supervision.
Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Premium is offered through Apple App Store auto-renewing subscriptions. Price, duration, and any trial are shown on the purchase page and Apple confirmation sheet. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews at the price shown by Apple. Manage or cancel it in Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests under its policies. Access normally continues until the paid period ends after cancellation.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to submit photos and text. Do not submit illegal, harmful, infringing, or service-attacking material. We may apply reasonable request rates and quotas and restrict service for abuse, fraud, security risks, or unlawful activity.
Availability and limits
We work to keep the service available, but networks, devices, Apple services, cloud providers, or AI models may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as-is, and we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on an incorrect result, unsafe outdoor conduct, or third-party interruption.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms for functionality, security, or legal requirements. Material changes will update the date and, where appropriate, be announced in the app. Contact wsh.dreamer@qq.com.
