我们处理的信息

应用使用 CloudBase 匿名登录生成随机用户标识，不要求你提供姓名、手机号或邮箱。 该标识用于服务鉴权、识别额度和订阅权益校验。

你拍摄或选择的照片会在设备上移除 EXIF 等元数据，并保存于应用私有目录。 发起 AI 识别时，仅上传为本次识别生成的压缩、脱敏副本。该副本先由腾讯云 CloudBase 上海地域的服务处理，再发送至中国境内的火山引擎方舟 AI 服务完成识别。 识别完成后，CloudBase 不将图片作为用户档案长期保存，但会保留图片哈希、字节数、 请求时间和额度状态等有限安全审计信息。

当照片缺少位置信息且你授权定位时，坐标仅在设备内存中用于地点解析和 Apple Weather 请求，使用后丢弃；CloudBase 不保存坐标、地点或天气。 你主动提交反馈时，我们会处理反馈内容和你自愿填写的联系方式。

本地存储与私人云同步

免费用户的发现记录、笔记、学习进度、地点、天气和照片保存在设备本地。 Premium 用户可使用与设备 Apple ID 关联的 CloudKit Private Database 同步脱敏后的原图、缩略图和发现记录。该私人数据库由 Apple 管理， 其内容不会存入我们的公共 CloudBase 数据库。

订阅、AI 与第三方服务

Apple 负责处理 App Store 付款。RevenueCat 帮助我们管理订阅状态， 会处理匿名 App User ID、商品标识、购买环境、订阅状态和到期时间， 但我们不会获得你的完整银行卡信息。

为提供功能，信息可能由 Apple（App Store、CloudKit、WeatherKit）、 RevenueCat、腾讯云 CloudBase，以及火山引擎方舟处理。发送至火山引擎方舟的识别请求 仅包含压缩脱敏图片及完成识别所需的模型指令；不包含精确位置、地点、天气、笔记、 发现记录或 CloudKit 私人数据。我们仅在提供功能、安全防护、处理反馈或履行法律义务所需范围内使用这些服务。

火山引擎说明其不会主动识别、收集或存储个人信息，且输入内容默认不用于模型训练和优化。 详情请参阅火山引擎隐私政策。

普通受众与未成年人使用

自然图鉴是适用于不同年龄用户的普通受众自然教育应用，不属于 App Store Kids Category，也并非仅面向儿童。未成年人应在父母或 监护人的同意、陪同和指导下使用。我们不要求用户提交真实姓名、 手机号或邮箱，也不将识别照片用于与本次服务无关的广告画像。

保存、删除与选择

本地数据保留至你在应用内删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用。 CloudKit 私人数据由你通过 Apple 账户和应用功能管理。安全审计和额度记录 仅在保障服务、防止滥用和履行法律义务所需期限内保存。

你可以拒绝相机、照片或位置权限，但相关功能可能不可用。你可以在系统设置中 撤回权限。若要查询或删除与 CloudBase 匿名账户相关的信息，请从对应设备使用 应用内反馈联系我们，服务会将申请关联到当前匿名账户；隐私问题也可以通过邮件咨询。

政策更新

数据处理方式发生重要变化时，我们会更新本页面及更新日期，并在适当情况下 通过应用提示。我们不出售个人信息，也不使用个人信息进行跨应用跟踪。

Information we process

CloudBase anonymous sign-in creates a random user identifier without requiring your name, phone number, or email. We use it for authentication, recognition quotas, and subscription entitlement checks.

Photos you capture or select are stripped of EXIF and similar metadata on device and stored in the app's private directory. For AI identification, only a compressed, sanitized copy made for that request is uploaded. It is processed first by Tencent CloudBase in Shanghai, China, and then sent to Volcengine Ark's AI service in China for identification. CloudBase does not retain the image as a long-term user profile after processing, but limited security audit data—such as an image hash, byte count, request time, and quota state—may be retained.

If a photo has no location and you grant permission, coordinates are used in device memory for place lookup and Apple Weather, then discarded. CloudBase does not store coordinates, place, or weather. Feedback includes the message and any contact details you voluntarily provide.

Local storage and private cloud sync

Free-user discoveries, notes, learning progress, places, weather, and photos stay on device. Premium users may sync sanitized masters, thumbnails, and discovery records through the CloudKit Private Database associated with the device's Apple ID. Apple manages this private database; its content is not copied into our public CloudBase database.

Subscriptions, AI, and service providers

Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat helps manage subscription status and processes an anonymous App User ID, product identifier, purchase environment, subscription status, and expiration. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.

To provide the app, information may be processed by Apple (App Store, CloudKit, and WeatherKit), RevenueCat, Tencent CloudBase, and Volcengine Ark. The identification request sent to Volcengine Ark contains only the compressed, sanitized image and the model instructions needed for identification; it does not include precise location, place, weather, notes, discovery records, or private CloudKit data. We use these services only as needed to provide features, protect the service, respond to feedback, or meet legal obligations.

Volcengine states that it does not proactively identify, collect, or store personal information, and that input is not used for model training or optimization by default. See the Volcengine Privacy Policy.

General audience and minors

Nature Almanac AI is a general-audience nature education app suitable for users of different ages. It is not offered in the App Store Kids Category and is not directed exclusively to children. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian's consent, supervision, and guidance. We do not require a real name, phone number, or email, and we do not use identification photos for unrelated advertising profiles.

Retention, deletion, and choices

Local data remains until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall. You manage private CloudKit data through your Apple account and the app. Security audit and quota records are retained only as needed to secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

You may deny or withdraw camera, photo, or location permission, though related features may stop working. To request access to or deletion of information associated with your CloudBase anonymous account, use in-app feedback from the corresponding installation so the request can be associated with that account. You may also email us with privacy questions.

Policy changes

If our practices materially change, we will update this page and its date and provide an in-app notice when appropriate. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking.
